One year has passed since the supposed death of the Dark Knight. But one person believes they have what it takes to take up the mantle of the Dark Knight. Not Robin, but something different. A new bat. White. Another symbol of hope. Hunter Patterson, a senior at Gotham's School for the gifted, was the apprentice of the late Dark Knight. Not only does he have to deal with everyday problems, but the death of a father figure as well. But when a local gang attacks the school, will he be able to stand on his own, or be crushed by the strength of the opposing forces?
