"I don't want to do this to you my love, but if you disrespect me like that again you will be punished." He said as tears filled his eyes. Why is he crying? I'm the one that got slapped and I'm not crying about it. He needs to man up! "Violet this is the last chance you get to get untied if you that that you are mine." I could escape so I said the disturbing words with a struggle "I am -y-yours" He smiled and went behind me to untie me when he did I quickly got up from my seat at punched him in the face. He fell back and I ran out the door trying to find the exit out of this madhouse. When I found the exit It turns out that he didn't live so far from Tate. Sprinted to Tate's house suddenly I hear someone shouting my name "VIOLET GET BACK HERE!" I increase my speed trying to get away from Thomas. Suddenly I see Tate covered in blood holding a gun "TATE HELP ME!" I scream he looks at me and starts running my way. He stops and sees who is chasing me. He aims his gun and yells "Violet get out of the way"

"CHARLIE!" His screams were getting closer until I saw him completely. I grabbed the knife and pointed it straight at him. "Get away from me!" "Please Tho-" He came charging straight at me but I made a run for it. I ran as fast as I could with him behind me until he tackled me to the floor. The knife flew across the hallway and he was on top of me. "Thomas please let me go. I don't want to be here. Please." I say begging "You're ruining everything. It was so perfect and special just for you and you're ruining it." I can tell he was sad but more pissed off this anything. "WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME?! I LOVE YOU MORE THAN ANYTHING AND THIS IS HOW YOU REPAY ME!" He screamed in my face. "I-" "SHUT YOUR DAMN MOUTH!" He roars slapping me across the face. He roughly picks me up and drags me to the room. He yanked me away from him making me fall hit my knee on the hard wood floor. He walked in the bathroom to get something and I realized it something to put me to sleep. He poured the chemical into the towel as he mumbled to himself and I watched in fear. He pulled me from the ground and tried to make me breathe in. I fought the urge to. I thrashed back and forth trying to get free but nothing worked. Slowly, my vision got blurry and felt darkness overtake me.

I shifted uncomfortably in my seat as he stared across the table at me. I could seriously drown in his eyes. He was intoxicatingly attractive and he had to know it. Why did you move?" Grace Hatfield asked, looking at him. She is our school's college and career advisor. She took me in and adopted me a couple years ago. She even gave me her last name. A saving grace. Why had she invited him here? Why did he come? He turned to her with a smile and a shrug. "Guess I just hadn't found what I was looking for yet." Something about the way he said it, sent a shiver down my spine. Why did I feel like there was so much more meaning behind his words than he was letting on? I ask, frustration edging my voice. "Oh, bunny," he says, sliding closer. My breath hitches at the sudden proximity. "I told you I'd never let us be apart again." He grabs my face with his hand, shaking it slightly as if to emphasize his point. I gasp at his words. "W-wha-" I say nervousness stealing my ability to form words. "Yes, bunny. This is not a game. Never apart again. Okay?" He says sliding his thumb over my bottom lip.
