Maxine is a young girl in a very different world, where the human
psychic ability has increased and many people, nearly a majority
of the population has a psychic ability. In this world the most
legendary psychs are the elementals. The four children who have
enough mental ability to manipulate the four original elements:
water fire earth and air.
