A 'Mortal Instruments' Fanfiction - Takes place after City of Bones and is set in a world where Valentine had died in the first book. After this Clary went away to train at the Shadowhunter Academy. One day when Clary came back to visit the New York institute, she had overheard a conversation which changed her whole life. Clary runs from everything she once knew and finds a new life. Years later, the New York institute are in need of help and ask the best there is for her services. They just didn't realise it was Clary that was coming to the rescue.

A 'Mortal Instruments' Fanfiction - My name is Clarissa Morgenstern. All my life I had lived in the Shadowhunter home country of Idris. I loved my life there with my mother, my father and brother. We were a wealthy and very respected family. But none of that matters now, because it's a darker world. The things that mattered before, didn't any longer. Everything just suddenly changed one day. Some called it the end of days, others simply called the apocalypse but most knew it to be the day of the outbreak. It spread all over towns and cities then from country to country until the whole world was practically gone. I know there are few of us left. I don't even mean Shadowhunters, I mean the living. That's all there is to it now. Us and them. The undead are everywhere. The zombies had taken our world and this was all that was left. Jace would always call her names and push around; basically bully her until she couldn't take it anymore, but thankfully she was surrounded by loving and caring friends. Years later, Clary and Jace are making a movie, who is directed by the famous Val Morgan, who mysteriously is never around set. Clary was supposed to play Jace's love interest, but Clary, being the fiery and stubborn person, she declined. She rather play Jace's sister. Feelings are stirring and family secrets are being uncovered. All the characters (Jace, Clary, Izzy, etc.) do not belong to me they belong to Cassandra clare. This is just a fanfic. (In editing)
