Cupid was known to flirt, seduce nymphs and other magical creatures, but in all his time he had never seduced a goddess. The reason for this is that he was in love with one such goddess, she was the world to him but she noticed his affections for her. Then at one of Zeus's many parties she gets a little tipsy and fell into bed with him. The result was a beautiful baby girl. This baby girl had fire auburn hair, hazel-green eyes, and beautiful tanned skin. And there on her back was a set of small white and gold ombre wings. She was a carbon copy of her parents. Who is her mother you ask? Well she is the goddess of the hearth and home, Hestia.
This is the story of Cupid and Hestia's daughter. The name her mother gave her daughter was Emmeris. Emmeris grew up away from Olympus at a place most would call heaven. She fit in there very well for she was like all there, winged with a gentle soul. That is until one day a power she inherited from her mother appeared. The power to wield fire. To the angels it was a sign she was cursed and she was cast out, she fell to earth right into a demigod camp. The name of this camp was Camp Half-Blood. Will Emmeris fit in with the half-man half-gods and will she find love in one of the most unlikely places?
