Your governor decided that everyone 15 and up has to have a baby known as Young Adult Baby Law. But you can't choose who your with, your own principles pick your partner. 

Well this happened to Emily Carns, she's only 16, her life was amazing till the plague hit. She lived in California, she lost her father in the first round of the illness. 

She was so nervous about who she was getting paired up with but she got even more nervous when she found out she's paired up with her best friend; Josh Myers.
