He looked at me as if I wasn't the most disgusting thing in the world, as if it didn't matter if I was human or not, as if his infinite hatred for humans had never even been a capable thought in his mind. His eyes softened as they looked at me, almost a smile came on his face, but it didn't happen. His eyes just let up when they matched mine, and I loved looking into his golden, beading, slit, demon eyes. Because I don't find a monster in them, like some people might. "No, you are," he told me as his eyes shot back up towards Inuyasha.
