Toby is a prison dog.
Yes, you heard me right. A prison dog. He didn't commit a crime though, as you may be thinking. Infact, he didn't do anything to become a prison dog. Except become the best friend of Paul John, a 63Year old man who has been on death row for the last 30years.
Now, i know what you're thinking. 30years?! What did he do?! Well, Paul John was a vermin. He was a rapist, murderer and a child abuser. He killed and kidnapped innocents. Every person who has been on deathrow for years and years gets the chance to have something. Like say, an xbox.. a pet.. anything.
Paul had asked if he could have a jack russel. A short haired jack russel, a male. He requested this because Paul used to have a jack russel she was named skylar. They where best friends, but skylar had escaped a few months before he got arrested and got killed.
So, this is where Toby got requested. A 1year old, short haired jack russel.
