If you're a Divergent fan and were mentally scarred by the ending of Allegiant, then this is the book for you! This ending questions what would've happened if Tris wasn't killed, if she survived. The story begins at chapter 50, when Tris risks everything by going into Weapons Lab to save the city. This ending helped put my mind at rest and I hope it does for those unsatisfied and heartbroken by the original ending! (I still absolutely loved the book and the series though, and I have a huge amount of respect for Veronica Roth!)
