All seemed to be going well, until Zelda comes face to face with a more pressing issue: being forced to return to Hyrule to become queen. Because a queen cannot rule without a king, a gentle prince, Elvin, steps into the picture, already arranged to marry Zelda and rule beside her. Link, with his future now jeopardized with Zelda, is ready to take action in order to get Zelda back, however, the obstacles he encounters will really test his faith.

But he has bigger problem than that. Darkness threats to destroy the planet and Link has to be the hero he is supposed to be. But, is he ready for being that person? Prince Link fears he can never live up to his mother's expectations. Zelda has just been knighted into the Royal Guard. When Link unwittingly unleashes a horror upon Hyrule, Zelda must protect this foolish prince and help him defeat the impending evil that is lurking in Hyrule. A lot of work needs to be done to rebuild Hyrule, and to convince others to help will take a lot of work from Link and Zelda. Having all his memories back, Link is plagued with thoughts and memories of the Champions, wishing he could go back in time and save them. He can't focus on the past too much though, because an incredible threat has woken up, and will certainly destroy Hyrule if nothing is done soon.
