After the death of her father and her failed suicide attempt, 17 year old Tara needs a fresh start. Her and her family end up in a busy and overwhelming city in the middle of New York, Syracuse. 

Tara's mother, Laila; takes art classes by an up and coming 22 year old Mural artist named Collin. Her and Collin find themselves in a similar situation, which brings them closer together; and Tara becomes Collins muse for a collection of Murals he paints on buildings in Syracuse. 

Collins murals become viral, and can be seen all over the world; and everyone is trying to figure out who the girl is from the Syracuse murals. No one knows it's Tara until Collins newest mural is revealed, and it changes everything.
