Ash Ketchum. After becoming the Pokemon Master, he set off to conquer the Legendaries, and started a world wide frenzy. They started disappearing, rapidly fast, leaving the world absent of it's guardians. Volcanoes erupted, plants died, and oceans became polluted. He solves this problem by proclaiming that every 100 years, the Legendaries can be caught, and those who have will be pitted against each other in a gruesome death match.

Shaymin has gotten a free pass for the last six games. But this time, Arceus has forcefully cast him to the human world, and forced to participate in the first half of the games, the Catching. Shaymin skillfully avoids capture and hides in his cave, sure that no trainer will catch him. All of this changes when he meets Judy Plant.

Daughter of a biologist, Judy has had one desire; meet Shaymin. She never wanted to get caught up in this death match, but when temptation wins and she catches Shaymin while he sleeps, the rules apply and they are thrown into the deathly whirlwind known as the Clash Of Ages.
