A year has passed since the killers behind the Butcher's massacre were revealed and killed. The frenzy of media haunted the town of Whitewood for months, causing some of the survivors to seek different variations of stress relief. Some led to drugs, some to drinking... but this isn't Whitewood, and this group isn't made of survivors...yet.

Emily hadn't seen her sister since her parent's funeral before she left for school, but during her freshman year of college her sister had been attacked in the Whitewood murder spree. "The Butcher" is what the papers called him...

Zane was a sophomore film student, but how many criminals could land a good job...?

Faith swore they weren't her fingerprints... Felix swore it wasn't his knife...

Everyone tells lies. Everyone has skeletons. Just make sure you bury yours deeper.

Emmy's life is going just as she'd planned: She's living in her own apartment, dancing every day and is just leaps away from being named her company's next Prima ballerina. And she's only 17. But all of Emmy's plans come to a screeching halt when the FBI shows up at her door to let her know that she's being stalked by a serial killer. Suddenly, the safe, insulated world she created for herself is riddled with violence, fear...and a growing pile of dead bodies. At first Emmy wants nothing more than to forget her chilling new reality - but her admirer isn't finished with her yet, and before she knows it, Emmy's stuck in a nightmare she can't dance her way out of.
