"Are you certain that you are not my demise?"

The Ishikawas were religious clan that worshipped their Goddess who was said to be the one who gifted them with their unique Chakra.

"Rule 1: Never interact with Shinobis."

They have hidden themselves from the Shinobi world, living far away from where Shinobi ventures.

"Are you defying your creator?"

Shiori Ishikawa, however, never attended any of those compulsory religious ceremonies. She never believed that there was a Goddess, nor did she doubt that she existed. She spent her time in an underground library, absorbing as much as she could from books. When the clan was destroyed by a failed summoning during a ceremony, she was pretty much safe as she never was present during ceremonies.

"You dare stray from my rules?"

Starting to doubt the supposed patron of her clan, she set out to the Shinobi world, determined to find out why their Goddess had forbidden them to interact with them. Of course, the easiest way to learn about Shinobis will be to become one in the largest Shinobi nation, Konohagakure.

"Ishikawa, you've broken every single one of my rules. Even the most important one: Never interact with Shinobis."

The Sharingan had activated, and so Hinari could finally see more than she liked. However, since she was still too young, she was forbidden to ever show her Sharingan and so the little Uchiha had to hide everything in the academy. "The world is grey, it's simple, nothing can be trusted. For a child like me, who can I trust in this place with everything trying to take my life? That grey tree, it could fall on me, this grey building I hide in, it could collapse on me. Nothing is bright because everything is grey. People are the greyest of them all. That's how life is when no one can show you color. The two lifeless bodies who once shown brightly to me, they too are now grey. The two who showed me the world with colorful books are now cold and lifeless, blending with the grey. I too, would be joining them, eventually that is. I, who was never colorful, will be going to where color shall show. At least, that's what I hoped for. I saw the colors of the sky, but it was all a ruse of false hope. The world was grey again, and I was stuck drowning in it once again." When a child turns into a girl, the colors show. All it took was being happy with life and enjoying what you had. That was something a child couldn't understand like a girl could. When one who has had nothing gains something, they understand. A girl who lost her two colors in the world, understood why color existed. It wasn't because the world is out for you at all times. It's because the one who is most untrustworthy is yourself. The girl learned after she gained her colors. She couldn't see her colors because she couldn't understand what she was missing. It's not that she was missing anything, it was that she was always concerned about what she was missing. In other words, you can only see color if you can gather the courage to stop doubting why you exist. That's exactly what the girl learned after so long. Years of her own self-loathing curiosity were only holding her back. A child who couldn't understand what anything meant, now a girl who can forget that and start living her own life with her own choices. That's the life of Rizuka Kyoyin, the Sightless Silver. {Mary Sue Warning} ~Book One of the Silver Series~ -Love Kimi
