Myrrin Sizello Red Hood is shipped across the world to her grandmother's by Eileen Hood, her own mother, for what her previous society considered sinning. Myrrin's new life starts out well. She even becomes friends with Kristopher Rogue, the lead Huntsman's son. But then something horrible happens to her grandmother and her life gets messed up by a promise, a hood, and some old fairytales her grandfather used to tell.
