I've been very depressed and heartbroken so, what better than to create a story out of it? "This is my life" details a protagonist going through her teenage years up until the age of 21. Through love, friendship, grief, and heartbreak, you will get to witness what it's like being a young black girl trying to conquer the world. I hope anyone going through either heartbreak, grief, insecurities, mental health declines are able to read this and know that they're not alone! Life can be so ugly at times, but I promise things always get better. Not your typical romance or teen fiction book! I never realised that everything i was feeling would somehow come to life. This is a story based on real life events and some fiction. Its up to you to decide what is real and what isnt. This story follows a girl who is constantly reminded about her bad choices and how she cant escape whats in her mind. Every time she feels safe, its taken away. So she decides to make a choice one that will either harm everyone she meets or will save her life.
