An idea came to me straight after I finished writing "A Sin For Him", of an elderly couple that were deeply in love. From there as I started writing the words flowed onto the page without much intervention from me and it morphed into the final edition surprisingly easily. Simply put, it tells the story of an old man saying his final goodbyes to his wife who is on her deathbed before allowing her to pass away. Please enjoy, and if you did, let me know what you thought of it in the comments :) Much love, -T. B. Rose

Sometimes the best thing you can do is move on, that's what Cassedy has always been told. But when she 'dies', she isn't ready to go. The Grim Reaper is waiting for her to help her pass into the great beyond. The afterlife. Heaven. That bright light at the end of the tunnel called life. But she cannot pass over. She is tethered to earth by her heart. It is being kept beating by a ventilator that is forcing air through her lungs when her spirit is long gone. The only thing left to do is wait with death. *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-* Cassedy felt tears fall down her face. Her knees collapsed and she fell to the floor as she started crying harder and harder until the tears were racing down her face. Grim grabbed her, holding her as she cried herself out. For an hour, Grim sat there with her. When all of her tears were gone, he wiped her away the streaks they had made down her face. "I'm never gonna get better..." she whispered. One last tear fell down her face as she look at the hospital bed where her body was. She was never going to be that girl again. *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-* Sorry if this book is sad. If you don't like books that discuss topics like cancer or death, I suggest you read a different book. But I hope you enjoy the book if you do read it! ?
