A story of how a Kuwaiti girl, Meeral Al Abdullah, who's lived in California her whole life moves back to Kuwait and accidentally falls in love with a guy at a young age. Their families drift apart and the two are torn as their love is put on hold. Years pass by, and Mish'al (Mish-AL) is still chasing after her, yet Meeral seems to think that whatever happened in the past and whatever feelings Mish'al had for her were just that, the past. Meeral has no clue of the lengths Mish'al has taken to confess his undying love for her.
