"Do you ever have a time when everything is going great, then bam, everything just turns to crap? And the worst part is, I can't even remember!" Jason Weiss is your ordinary run of the mill 16 year old high school student who has a pretty good life. Or at least from what he remembers. With all memories of his high school years erased, except for those of his younger sister, Kirsten, he wakes up in a strange facility with Kirsten and 14 other seemingly random strangers. The 16 assembled people are told to play a murderous game in which to hopefully gain their freedom. With so many questions to answer: why are they there? Why can't they remember anything? Who is the mysterious person who trapped them there? Will Jason be able to escape the deadly game with his life? Or will his lucky streak end here?

I ran right into a fence and fell down. I got back up and turned around. Blake was right there. He pinned me up against the wood. "You are so stupid!" He chuckled. He grabbed a bottle of some sort and smiled. "Nighty night." He whispered. He sprayed the substance all over me until I blacked out. -- 16 year old Cathy moves from a small Rhode Island town to the big Austin, Texas.
