I was running through the wood. Now I know I know this is kind of predictable for the main characters to be running but I have a pretty good reason for doing so. I was being chased by 3 weird looking monsters. Actually they looked more like dogs than anything else. They were about 4 feet tall to the shoulder, their fur or what I think is fur was pitch black, and their was eyes were blood red.

All the demigods in America in either of the camps are dead, except for Nico, Will, a new camper named Kaylie, Reyna... and Percy. But Percy is not the same. He is darker, harsher, more angry and powerful. His fury and sorrow at almost all of his friends and families' deaths is what fuels him now. One day, as he is mourning his friends in a graveyard, he sees a clear crystal on the ground, which takes him to a strange new place... Sophie is distraught. The Neverseen took Keefe for his new ability he's manifested. They have to make a plan to get him back. When a strange boy with black hair and blue-green eyes light leaps to Havenfield, they all think he's an elf. Until they realize that he has strange powers, and he can fight with a pen. They help him realize what he is, and he helps them get Keefe back. But the final battle with the Neverseen is coming. Will this boy be a help... or a hindrance?

This even goes for a small group of friends that recently moved to New York. But are they really mortal? Hailey has lived in Wisconsin all her life, yet she never seems to stay in the same spot for more than a few years. She has seen every crook and cranny of the dairy state, but after an accident, she finds herself in the state of New York. She lives with her grandma in a small house in the suburbs of Manhattan. Despite all she's been through, she loves living with the one person she felt closest to, away from trouble. Until now. Beth has grown up in the Windy City and stayed there for her whole life. Her mom has decided that going to New York for vacation would be a good idea. They're now staying in a hotel close to the beautiful sights of Long Island Sound and hopes to relax. But then she sees something by the Sound. . . . Cornelius has grown up in the ghetto and has learned to be tough. He's picked up many things on the streets and has lived off his wits and strength.
