Many years before the events of Twilight Princess a raider king known as Ganondorf plundered the noble land of Hyrule. However the first part of this story explains the reasons behind Ganon's attacks on the not so innocent Hyrulian people. The second part will eventually lead into a Midlink fanfic.

A/N: This is my first published story in third person so bear with me as I get used to it. also I did tweak some of the game's details to make the story more interesting and unpredictable. You may now enjoy.

Written in Blood . {After OoT/MM fic} Hyrule is on the brink of another bloody war when he returns, the hero that had slipped away to be forgotten by the land. No longer a hero, living a life of isolation far away from the land that had made him a legend once. Resentful and broken, Link hides it best he can, trying to focus on the future and forget. But Zelda remembers him, the person he once was. He's so different now, and perhaps she is too. A novel written through the eyes of a young Gerudo warrior in pursuit of freedom, who is accompanied by another young Gerudo, and their Lord. They embark on a great mission, a journey across the land of Hyrule to take back what should've been theirs. Join her as she manages to survive through a harsh battle when all the odds are against her. (This will contain numerous Zelda theory, and shall be very detailed. Will the heroine herself feel sorry for the Prince that is in such desperate state? Will the Triforce of Arlen find its way back together? The Heroes' Rebirth - REVISITED | BOTW Sequel/Zelink (The Legend of Zelda)
~Having returned after two years, I decided to edit The Heroes' Rebirth. I changed (hopefully) all of the spelling errors, fixed the grammar and changed some of the sequences of events. Peace and rebirth are beginning to come upon the land of Hyrule once again. Zelda is deep in planning of the repair of Hyrule Castle and Hyrule Castle Town, and Link is busy with the cleansing of the lands from monsters. The two have had almost no time together after their fight with Ganon.
