I want to wear his initial on a chain 'round my neck. Not because he owns me, but 'cause he really knows me. Núrwen is the fifteenth member of the company that dares to reclaim Erebor. She is also an elf, which causes Thorin to dislike her immediately. Will the mutual hate destroy the journey or can they put their differences aside for a mutual cause and maybe even discover something deeper behind their feelings?

The majority of characters are from The Hobbit book and belong to J.R.R Tolkien, however some are of my own creation. This isn't set in a specific time period so some of the ages don't match up with the books for the purpose of the storyline eg. Thorin is a young adult (21-23 in our years) whilst Bofur is an adult (40-45 in our years). This isn't canonical and is just for fun but I hope you enjoy it! *All characters and locations except my own belong to J.R.R Tolkien. *I wrote this back in 2012 so I appreciate the writing isn't excellent. I wanted to publish it here anyway for you all to enjoy!

He has no idea that boy is the same little girl from Dale, all grown up now. He also has no idea that the boy he sees as a pest will soon become everything to him.
