Five teenagers who have never met before, trying to find out why they can do strange things, and make completely insane, crazy things happen. These five teenagers finally find what they had subconsciously been looking for when they all somehow find themselves in the same place at the same time. Chikita, Zeke, Nixon, Ozarius, and Zara together discover a place like no other they have ever been to. Below an abandoned shop in New York that the five take shelter in, they find a tunnel leading to a secret underground city.
These five in turn discover that they have some form of what can only be called a super power. They find a place where people that are 'gifted' in the sort of way they are, can go to be trained and stay safe from the creatures that hunt them. There is a war going on between the monsters and superheros, which means that it is even more dangerous.
But the newbies are special. They are more powerful than anyone else in the hidden city and give off a stronger aura. In order to keep everybody else in the city safe, they must leave so that their enemies do not find the city. The only problem is, there is no safe place for them to go and they must find a way to stay alive until the war is over and it is safe for them to return to the city.

He pushes the container to him with the girl, screaming. She grins at this stupid idea and ran off "This is stupid, Y/n" She gather her crew to sent sail in a couple of minutes. She pulls one of her excitement smile on for the crowd to see. "I know, but it could help us with mother's sickness" She steers away off the deck and into the ocean with her crewmen scattering around her "What if you don't come back" Y/n peered down slowly to see the necklace with a piece of diamond tied around it, she looks back up clutching it with one hand. "I promise I'll come back" ---- "Come look, boss!" Joey came running into my room as I got up ASAP. I could see my mother already getting the treatment she needs for sickness to go away, but what if it was a false alarm as usual. I took slowest time ever because I been through this a multiple times. I emerged myself out in the open, squinting my eyes for the sun to hit my face immediately. I didn't want to find out my whole life was a lie. I just wanted a bloody promotion. Guess fate had other plans? **** The cold air fanned over my face as I opened the door. The exit door lead to the back of the building so it was pitch black. I leaned against the wall trying to control myself. Blood was running down my arm and head. My hair was stuck to my face from all the sweat and blood. Everything was spinning around me and the ground seemed like it was shaking. Groaning I sat down and put my head on my knees. He knows who I am. He knows how I look like. He knows where I work so possible knows where I live. I am not safe anymore... no where. While I was in my own world I heard faint sounds behind me but I didn't bother to look or run away. The footsteps got closer and I was pretty sure it was Walker's men. I should run. I should try to fight. But what's the point in trying to run away? He would eventually find me and if he has his way he would most likely kill me. If this is my fate then why am I trying to fight it? I felt someone harshly grab my waist and pull me up and I complied. They dragged me down the alley and into the busy street. I heard the opening of a car and the next thing I knew I was being thrown into a car. My head hit the hard leather seat and the door shut behind me. Maybe this is how my life will end. It is a description of my mental illness, which is a schizoaffective disorder, and the state of mind the condition puts me in. The way I've chosen to describe this is the best way I can articulate how I feel in certain situations. I describe the period of time I was in University studying Physics & Astronomy, up through to the completion of my MSc in computational astrophysics.
