Metal Heart (Royed)

Edward who is usually so cold and tough feels down recently after a series of events. He feels like the world is on his shoulders which he's used to but he deep down knows he's still a kid. He's severely depressed which he keeps from Al and everyone else, but Riza Hawkeye, Roy Mustang's subordinate can see it but doesn't say anything. But she fears he may break with the way he's bottling up his emotions. Edward doesn't know how to deal with his severe depression but finds comfort in self harm, drinking, and promiscuous behavior when his younger brother isn't around. Roy Mustang isn't aware of any of this since Edward keeps to himself as he always had brushing it off till he starts acting strange.
