She's just a normal American teenage (almost 20 year old) girl. She has been moving all her life, practicaly hitting up every state because of her dads job. Sucks right, that's what Noelle thinks 24/7. This time though, it's going to be so different because she's moving to London! How crazy is that!? No more Miss American Girl! This is going to be a totally new world for Noelle, she doesn't even know what London is like! She's pretty much loosing hope on a "normal life" kind of thing... But wait, what happens when Noelle meets a cute curly haired boy at her father's friends dinner with some pals?!
