Welcome to Northern Kingston Academy, school for the gifted. A school for the most Artistic, musically talented, athletically gifted, and highest in academic achievement.
You had to excell in all 4 areas to get in.
The school has under 100 students because of the high standards, and they barely got anyone new.
Until me, Hale Ivanshov.
Leaving my small town in Alaska to move to New York, population 18 800 000. The concept of moving to the gigantic city by myself with no family or friends to support me is scary, but believe in myself.
Long blonde hair, sparkling blue eyes. That's how everyone used to see me.
Now its different.
Long sharp black strands fall from my head to my waist, blue eyes slowly becoming dull. A girl losing her soul.
No parents to support me, no one in the world who cares. No one to know why the life is slowly being drained out of me.
Then I meet Xavier Black.
Ruthless. Cold hearted. Arrogant. Egotistical. Obnoxious. Rude.
Those are the first words that come to mind when describing Xavier Black, apart from sexy that is.
He's always been the smartest, fastest, most artistic, musically talented, beautiful creature there is. The academy's golden boy. The perfect guy, with the perfect life.
Everything in his world has to be perfect, but I'm not, and that drives him crazy.
"Close your eyes." he croaked, I did as I was told without any disobedience. "Have you any idea how badly I want to kiss you right now?" I shook my head in reply. "Badly, so fucking badly." he whispered as his harsh breath fanned across my cheek.
Dark haired and tattooed, Xavier looked like the ultimate bad boy...but weren't bad boys meant to have that boyish charm? The thing is, Xavier was extremely guarded, hot headed and quite frankly, scary.
In fact, Xavier was many things but romantic and loving wasn't two of them. He was a building half built, a puzzle with half of the pieces missing...
Until he met me.
Warning: Bad language (lots of). A possessive delinquent that is guaranteed to make you smile (or cry.)
