Ayako Nanase is Haru's younger sister, but apparently he doesn't know that. When they were younger, their parents decided to make Ayako live with their grandparents in Spain for personal reasons. She ended up moving back to Japan for her third year of high school, but the main reason was to see her brother. When she finally moved to Japan her grandparents had already had her enrolled into a school, but the problem was the school they enrolled her in was Samezuka. The only reason they accepted her was because her grandmother somehow forgot her name and put Akhiro instead of Ayako. During the time there she'd usually get glances from the other guys or overhear someone talking about her. But she got use to it rather quickly. Though while walking home one night, a strange man had grabbed her into an alleyway. The man was going to rape her but then here comes Rin, the guy she has to share a dorm with. ( Sosuke is in there too ;) )
