The military culture that surrounded Brenda was so rich and influential that unthinkably she enlists into the United States Army. Immediately, she is shipped off to Fort Jackson, South Carolina. Will she be able to get through the initial army training?
The minute Brenda stepped foot off the bus on the grassy courtyard of 369th Delta Company Infantry Regiment, she realized she may have been in over her head. Yet and still, Private McCoy rose from her bunk and assembled into formation before sunrise ready to learn the warrior tasks and drills every day. She already knew she was courageous, but if she plans on getting through training, she'll have to choose her battles wisely.
