Revenge comes in a lot of forms, but for Melanie, her idea of revenge was pushing through her final year of high school with a mental checklist to get her life back on track.
1) Hours of therapy? Check.
2) Getting back to her hobby of defeating their rival school? Check.
3) Getting out of a toxic relationship? Pending, but she's working on it.
Melanie had it all planned out, but with the arrival of an old... 'it's complicated', her checklist seems to get longer, and it now involves trying to keep her insane neighbour out of trouble, as well as trying to prevent old feelings that are trying to resurface like the stubborn sharks she had seen on NatGeo.
