(But be warned, the beginning is really cheesy and stupid.)

What if? Isabella Swan is new to the small town of Forks, Washington. She is pale and beautiful; mysterious and alluring. Bella is also carrying a dark secret. Living by herself with her reclusive sister in the mansion by the river, she is quick-tempered and utilizes superhuman strength and speed. The kids in school think she is a dangerous girl to get close to.
Enter the Cullen family. They think Bella is an ordinary girl-a bit different, maybe but definitely human. Living nearby, they can sense something stirring. All over Forks, people are being found dead in the streets, and kids are going missing from their homes. Even the vampire clan cant figure it out. Is their another one of their kind out there, hunting the students of Forks high? It seems there is only one person who has a clue about what's happening. But each time they offer help Bella only pushes them further away. Will anyone be able to get close enough to her to learn her secret?

The family tried to include her, because Alice knew that Anna had a mate, but Anna just wasn't one to encourage such fantasies as Bella was. It was Bella that told her about vampires, and that was when Anna's world changed forever. Hidden in the shadows was a blonde vampire. He wasn't like the Cullens, meaning he wasn't a "vegetarian." He killed for his food, but he also simply liked the fight that everyone put up before they died. It was fun, but when he entered Forks, something was different.
