She is/was Draco Malfoy's girlfriend, but left Hogwarts after a heartbreak in the middle of her second year and transferred to Beauxbatons' Academy of Magic, becoming famous and has all her professors and schoolmates wrapped around her finger. Chloe Celestia Chanel was determined to make Draco Lucius Malfoy suffer and regret cheating on her with that cow. She becomes Head Girl, also known as the Queen of Beauxbatons. She is good at both ballet and K-pop and creates the famous female K-pop group with a few other students at Beauxbatons at the age of 13. Her father is the minister of the French Ministry of Magic as well.
