During the reign of Emperor Palpatine of the First Galactic Empire, small insurgencies grow in protest, fueled by a common desire for freedom. And one particular rebel, Revan, has an especially large desire for freedom for his fellow citizens, and he is willing to take up arms with his brethren to fight for it. As he fights the empire, he slowly finds more about the inner workings of the Empire, an ancient religion, and the true horrors of war.
