What if one day, 1/5 of the most famous boy band One Direction, got lost and never went back?

Samantha Hall, a teenage girl who has a terrible past, has always believed in angels. She has a whole stack of figurines about them displayed in her room. She always believe that she has an angel who is always there to protect her and keep her safe and maybe someday will  lead her to her brother.

Miles... just Miles, is an angel, that always wonders what it is like to be a mortal. It's crazy for him to wonder like that since he was once a mortal himself. But like his same kind, they never remembered what they were before they became an angel. 

An accident made from Miles, made him visible to the mortals and for some reason, he cannot fly up back to the immortal world where he belong. He met Samantha and he stayed with her for a while. He thought he was not an angel anymore but a mortal. But muffling noises in his head told him otherwise.

One thing that mostly shock him the most, is that his wings turned black. Will he still be that guardian angel who protects mortals? Or would he do the opposite?
