There was more than the ever consuming darkness and the being wasn't alone any longer. Two more were with them. So he gathered these two into his arms, his empty heart filling with an unexplainable joy, cradling them to his chest they were so small. A boy and a girl and since they were here at the same time he assumed twins. They were perfect to him. Born from nothing, created from absolutely nothing and here to give him a purpose. So he took on the mantel of older brother for them, began to teach them what he knew, gave them an intimate understanding, an intimate feeling of the whole of the universe even though they could never be as connected as he is. Still, he wasn't alone. He felt he wanted to share this happiness so he created a new place. A place just for the three of them to be happy. Nibelheim. They created the first humans of this planet and it was perfect. But what would make it more perfect was some special friends for his dear brother and sister - so the benevolent being to the people of Nibelheim crafted gods with his own life-force. Six elemental gods. This is the beginning of their story.
