When a war broke out, the human race was forced underground. Select few were allowed access to the surface, members of the Iron Rose.

One man named Shujin Sukuinushi urns to go to the surface, the place he was born. His only friend Moritani Oshihara was found on the surface but has no memory of his life before. On Shujin's first expedition they find a girl on the surface. Strange things are happening and this leaves only one question; Could Shujin's dream to explore the surface reveal a corrupt society, or end up getting him killed?
