Throughout some of her school life, Rose despised Scorpius Malfoy. Nobody knew the exact reason why she hated him so much but she did. Maybe it was cuz of the Malfoy reputation, maybe she was trying to continue what her parents had started with Draco Malfoy, or maybe he had hurt her in some way. The point is that she hated him and that might not have changed til 5th year.
