Lily was a 13-year-old girl who lived in a nice town with lots of kids. She had a small close knit group of friends and a father who loved her very much. But then, her father lost his job and they had to move to a different state. Her life is falling apart and she lost all of her friends. There were no kids in her neighborhood and everything was dark and gloomy. When she went to school she met a very kind group of people and she found out why her new house was for sale.
