Noelle's mind is constantly bombarded with vivid vignettes from not only her subconscious, but others as well. When the government gets involved to remove people with an ability like hers from the face of the earth she is suddenly thrust into an adventurous turmoil in which she learns more about her past, the reappearance of her guy friend, and most importantly her new "curse".
