In a society where things are seperated and traditions are kept. Bridget Caulley is the kind of girl who does not like to follow the rules and questions all that she should not. Bridget finds that she is unsatisfied with the life that has been set before her. As Bridget tries to establish an identity outside of her small village she encounters an obstacle...her childhood foe Thomas. Every attempt she makes to finding herself he thwarts her efforts. Why? She has no idea. As Bridget faces these obstacles in order to find herself, she may find something much more valuable to her life, family, and the future of her village.
