Samantha Fuentes was a perfectly healthy teenager, but soon after her 15 birthday, everything went down hill. It had started with a cough, but then there was blood. Everytime Sam coughed, her hand would have small splotches of crimson. She started to not be able to breathe, she had horrible chest pains, and her back constantly ached. After her mother forces her to the doctor, her normal life stopped. Sam has Stage 2 Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer. 

One day while Samantha is curled in her hospital bed after a horrible cough spasm, she hears her mom making a desperate phone call. Two days later, her dad shows up. Sam has never met her father because her mom didn't want her in that lifestyle, but now he's here to help her fight the disease that could end her life.All Rights Reserved
