Olivia never really paid any attention to the guys in school and she's never let herself fall in love. Ever. With college just months away, she had no interest in beginning a new relationship. Besides, she just wanted to enjoy her senior year with minimal distractions. Then her adoptive parents decide to foster an arrogant, irritating guy, who frustrated her to no end. But then tension, oh sweet tension, grows between them whenever the other is near. How is Olivia supposed to fight the inevitable if they live alone in the same house? How is she supposed to not become attached or fall for his cool, flirty, and sometimes reckless personality? Especially when they both forget about the rules. Tyler didn't expect anyone to want to foster him, but SGA was getting old anyway. With his father out of his life, it was time to finally live it without risking getting arrested for doing anything else illegal. Olivia wasn't supposed to become part of his world. How could she? Growing up in chaos isn't simple for all. Not many could cope. They would struggle and kick, but ultimately drown. However, for Dakota, that was his normality. Torturing. Maiming. Killing. That was his life, the life of a hunter. The Arizona line was elusive, written fame in the lore of hunters, and infamy for their prey. They were the best. No one could ever compare to their skills, their abilities, their ruthlessness. But Dakota was something else. His siblings might have learnt to enjoy the hunt, well most of them anyway, but Dakota didn't. There was always something missing for him, something he was waiting on. Silent and everlasting hope. A promise had been made to him, the day his twin brother was stolen, taken by the enemy, plucked right from the very home the Arizonas had grown up in. A promise of something better, something that he might actually want in his life. Now, almost sixteen years later, something was coming. A change was begging to be found. Maybe it would be for the best. Maybe Dakota would finally find that certain something that had been missing his whole life, something to fill the dark and fractured abyss that ached and wailed within. But nothing was ever that simple. Because, of course, the promise that had been made to Dakota would never be anything plausible for him, anything tangible to have and to hold. He had been promised a new life, by the greatest enemy of them all. It wouldn't be easy. Not with his family still clinging to his heels, the teachings of blood and violence burnt into his mind. No, leaving them behind wouldn't ever be easy. Then again, staying with them would only bring his inevitable death. Why not take the chance to die happy? After all, out of the ashes, a phoenix will rise...

Gosh, I'm so pathetic. I feel like I relate everything happening to me, back to Cody. It's probably because he and I were always together. But I really should stop. Cody left me. Why am I so hung up on him? I should move on, right? I should find another guy to love unconditionally... or maybe I shouldn't. Maybe I should just be a slut. Why should I even have any feelings for anyone? Wouldn't it just make complete sense to fuck around? That was no one could break my heart or hurt me. I'd be perfectly fine after, right? ~ After suddenly losing his boyfriend to soccer, Ethan finds that the perfect solution is to fuck around and do what he pleases. He no longer wants to cry over someone who obviously doesn't care about him. However, all of this quickly changes when he meets a patient at a hospital he volunteers, who goes by the name of Ashton - who happens to be straight and also dying. After their first encounter, they become perfect friends, and the obvious f-boy begins to develop feelings for the obvious straight boy. Can Ethan break down his 'straight' walls and have him as more than a friend all before it's too late? It's all up to fate, right? Highest Rank - #3 in #FreeThelgbtq
