Okay, so for English class we were told to write a narrative story relating to the story called "The Lottery" by Shirley Jackson. I highly suggest reading that first. It is a short story that doesn't take long to read at all. (If you have read it, continue reading)
My narrative is about my perspective on if either myself or my parents had won the 'lottery'. Again, it is not very long, it will all be in one chapter. I turn this in tomorrow, but I also thought it would be fun to show you how I wrote my narrative. If you have read the original story and then this one, please tell me what you think! Jackson is boy who on his last year of high school, his parents made him go to camp. His family weren't really a rich type of family but he was popular kid in his school and he was a type of a bad boy, but he also had good grades and he always wanted to go to Yale. But on his summer camp he changes when he meets Morgan. Morgan is a type of girl who comes from a middle class family but a good middle class family. She was a popular kid in her school as well. And she always goes to camp, and the year everything changed when she meet Jackson the Jackass aka the bad boy. When they met, Jackson seemed to be a jerk and Morgan didn't really like him at all. But what will happened after they had to go to the camp dance together and they had to get to know each other better. In progress of knowing each other better, Morgan and Jackson end up liking each other and Morgan lose her virginity to him. Summer camp came to an end and Morgan and Jackson had to go their separate ways but Morgan ended up pregnant after a one night with the boy she first didn't like but ended up liking him and gave him her v card. On her way to her house, Morgan's parent get into in a car accident and Morgan was in a coma for about a year and half. While she was in coma her parents discover the she was pregnant and they didn't want people to know and they made the doctor kill the baby without Morgan even knowing. In the other hand Jackson knew that Morgan was pregnant and they wanted to go back to their home so that they can tell there parents and once they did that they could end up together. Years passed Jackson never heard from her and he went to Yale and became the most powerful, richest man in the world. What happens when Jackson discovers that his childhood girl was the same girl from the family the owned him money. Will he make her remember him and be together forever or will he take advantage of her situation?Complete
Reborn in TVD?!
I don't get it. I really don't. I died, I get that much. But waking up in a dark and squishy place, with absolutely NO ROOM to move, I DON'T GET. Let's recap. It was a regular day. I got up, ate, showered and went to work. I was a police officer. I was checking out a house call about domestic abuse. I didn't even get to knock on the door before a man bursted out screaming at a women about calling the pigs on him. It didn't take much to figure out he was the abuser with the way he was holding her arm tight enough to bruise. I tried to diffuse the situation, told him to calm down and let her go. He didn't like that. In the end I got shot and died. Then I woke up in a small and dark space and freaked out. Then I get pushed out only to cry and realize I'm a baby. Oh, but not just anyone's baby. I'm Miranda and Grayson Gilbert's baby?! In 'The Vampire Diaries'?! What the fuck is happening?!
