You were originally raised on Galifrey with your older cousin until the Doctor visits you on your 8th birthday and showed you Earth , in the process you somehow got stuck on Earth without any way of getting home so how will you adapt to a fully human life?

The Doctor, in his 10th incarnation, meets another traveller again. He and Kate seem to complete each other perfectly. But he doesn't know how perfectly until he discovers something about her that will change his life forever. I do generally follow the lines of BBC Doctor Who, but might add or change some details.
