Breathe (Bellarke Fanfiction)

"And that's your problem." Clarke barked as the air between them began to thin and tension filled their lungs. "You don't know how to feel, how to breathe on your own. Your incapable of love." The words tore at Bellamy like a hungry beast as Clarke quickly and without warning released herself from Bellamy's embrace and sprinted off into the vast forest until she was nothing but a silhouette.
Bellamy was now left desolate, as the air that used to taste as sweet as Clarke's golden hair has now vanished into an empty surface. Bellamy knew he is capable of love, he knew it for a fact ever since the moment he saw the real version of Clarke.
And just as he began running, trembling while his eyes darted in every direction of the midnight forest, the screams started.
