Yeah, Vincent saved the world yesterday. No big whoop.

He's saved the world a dozen times though you wouldn't know him. Vincent is a spec. Specs destroy dreams when they become real. Vincent has worked at this job in his seventeen-year-old body for almost eight decades.

Excitement. Money. Power. What's not to like? The fact that he is a semi-immortal stuck in a teenage body just means he doesn't need to shave every day. He's fine with that.

Until he meets Olive Preston.

Olive is a vivacious twenty-something who, if she was granted one wish would not be satisfied knowing all things back to the Big Bang - she'd want a peak at the day before. Vincent is a puzzle she never knew existed.

When a dream comes that Vincent must destroy, he doesn't see the harm allowing Olive to tag along. He's smitten, but knows once the dream is vanquished time will reset and Olive will forget she ever knew him.

Vincent, however, has chosen a bad day to bend the rules. He is a skilled spec, arguably the best in the world, but this dream is unlike any he has ever faced. The lovely distraction Olive provides might mean more than just his death.
