I rush out and see him pushing against the door but it just won't budge.
"What's wrong with the door?" I watch as he slams his shoulder into the door, attempting to get it open.
"Be careful before you hurt yourself!" I rush forward and grab his arm, before he slams into the door again. I look out the see through door to see nothing but whiteness about halfway up the door.
"We're snowed in," his voice was low, almost like a growl. He walks over to his table and sits down, placing his head in his hands. Just then, the lights shut off. Great, now was the perfect time for the power to go out, I think to myself sarcastically.
