Instead I glared at him, he said I was his as if I was some kind of possession that he could do with as he pleased. He added, "Let me take care of you." Completed ✔ I watch a dazed Katherine. She whispered to herself. "Is this the part where I get kidnapped?" Is that what she thinks I'm here for? I don't want to kidnap her, just take her to dinner. I don't want Katherine thinking this. "Katherine I'm not here to kidnap you." She looks shocked by what I said. Katherine asked in a low voice. "If he's not, then what is he here for?" She's talking out loud to herself he concluded after that. Katherine wasn't paying attention to him. "To ask you out to dinner." Nicholas answers trying to get her attention so she realizes his intentions. "Katherine have dinner with me." "No, I can't" Katherine say after. He saw a look of confusion on her face. I'm being very clear. I don't see what she's confused about. "How do you know my name?" He hears her answering his own question. Why is she asking me this? I'm her best friend, of course I know her name. Nicholas didn't understand the previous question. "Because we've met before." The look that comes over Katherine's face is bewilderment. She doesn't get anything I'm saying. Its almost like I'm talking to a stranger. The thought shook Nicholas to his core because he's telling the truth. Katherine didn't believe him. He knew he's right after what she says next. "We've never met before aside from you stalking me," she tells him. Nicholas felt his entire world shatter around them. Max moved closer to me until his face was right in front of mine. "You're saying you don't think about me?" He smirked, fully knowing what the proximity was doing to me. "I don't, why? Did you want me to?" I Regained my composure as I moved even closer, our lips nearly touching. ~~~ Alexa is a normal girl who just wanted to get through school without any trouble. She didn't want any attention. She just wanted to leave those nightmares behind, forgetting what happened before. However, all of that changes when her mum gets married and she's forced to move to a new city. Leaving everything behind, she hopes to blend in and go to university but life has other plans. In the woods, lurking in the shadows is someone who can't stay away and will definitely ruin all of Alexa's plans and change her life showing her that things aren't always as they seem. How can two people that hate each other be mates? To add to the mix, parties, late night discussions and a school trip is sure to add drama to her life. Warning: this story is sometimes very cliché and has a few of my own twists on it. The guy might make you cry, laugh or blush and wish guys like him existed in real life. (Well, at least further into the story.) This story contains swearing and some slightly mature content. You have been warned.
