Each word had torn incredibly at Sam's sanity. The voice taunting him had come from behind him, seemed to be touching his whole body and ripping his mind apart, he dared not turn. Of all the things that Sam Winchester anticipated as he fell into the Cage, it certainly wasn’t this.
