I hung my head low as I waited for him to stop.
Tears started to brim my eyes as I keep replaying what he said to me.
I was trying to bit back a sob as Kaden's hands roughly held my chin up to make me look at him.
Then...
He kissed me.
But not the soft, passionate kiss I would've imagine to be my first. No. It was full of anger and hatred. Towards me.
He didn't stop even if I tried to shake him away. Instead, he just gripped me chin harder, making sure that it will leave a bruise.
He roughly let go of my face and by this time, my tears are flowing freely, as I hung my head low.
He spat in front of me then walked away.
And in that moment, I knew.
Knew that I'm not gonna be the same anymore.
