Thame and Po have built a beautiful life together as husbands, raising their adopted son, Wesley, in a warm and loving home. When Po takes his final breath, Thame is devastated, struggling to face life without him. The grief is unbearable, especially as he watches their young son, Wesley, call for his daddy. Days later, just as he feels completely lost, Thame's phone pings with a notification. It's an email. From Po. "Dear Thame," Thus begins a heart-wrenching yet beautiful journey of love beyond death.
